This is why implementing some form of tracking system in your student portal that shows students exactly where they are in their qualification, like Letting them know their percentage of course completion and what assessments need to be completed, is a great way to increase student overall satisfaction.

4. Get your content online With the rise of technology, information is easier to access than ever before. By providing students with a student portal that contains your materials in digital form, you will enhance their experience and make it convenient for them to at least get started on some work if they don't have time or accessibility during class or office hours.

5. Virtual Classrooms In the past 12 months, virtual conferencing and classrooms have become the new norm, so most learners today will be familiar with these tools.
